Contact
Every message to the addresses below is sorted automatically and then read by a person. A report or a privacy request from a sender whose mail we can verify gets an automatic confirmation that it has arrived; every report and request gets an answer from a person. Mail recognised as spam is set aside unanswered, but a person checks what was set aside from the abuse and privacy addresses before it is deleted, so a real report is not lost.

We answer in English or Dutch.
A privacy request is answered within one month of reaching us. Before we share or delete anything, we confirm that a request really comes from you: by a link sent to your account's email address if you have an account, and otherwise by asking only for what we need to find your data.
Reporting illegal content
If something on Farheimr is illegal, write to abuse@farheimr.com. We look at every report, tell you what we decided and why, whether automated tools were used in handling it, and how you can challenge the decision.
So that we can act on a report, please include:
- Where it is: the exact link, or the Farheimr mail address involved.
- Why it is illegal: a short explanation, and which law it breaks if you know.
- Who you are: your name and email address. You may leave these out when reporting child sexual abuse material.
- A statement that you believe, in good faith, that your report is accurate and complete.
If someone's life or safety is in immediate danger, call the emergency services first: 112 anywhere in the EU.
Child sexual abuse material can also be reported directly, and anonymously, to Offlimits, the Dutch expertise centre for online abuse.
